Collection: Metal Business Card Finishes

Explore matte, brushed, mirror and colored finishes for your custom metal cards.

MATERIAL & FINISH GUIDE

Choose the surface that works with your design.

Finish affects more than color. Reflection, texture, contrast and the selected production method all influence how a logo and fine details appear. Compare the options with your artwork in mind.

01 / MATTE

A restrained, low-reflection look

Matte stainless steel provides a natural metallic appearance with reduced glare. Review small lettering, printed details and QR contrast at the actual card size.

02 / BRUSHED

Texture with a clear direction

Brushed finishes introduce visible linear texture. Discuss how the brushing direction relates to your logo, typography and the placement of engraved or printed areas.

03 / MIRROR & COLOR

Reflection and distinctive tones

Mirror surfaces create a polished reflective effect. Black, gold, rose gold, copper and gunmetal appearances offer other directions; confirm the specific finish and base material for the selected product.

A clear specification makes it easier to review artwork, compare options and prepare an accurate quotation.

Practical answers for planning a custom metal card project.

Are gold and copper finishes solid gold or solid copper?

A finish name describes appearance and does not by itself identify the base material. Check the selected product specification; the copper-finish product uses a stainless-steel base.

Will a logo look identical on every finish?

No. The base surface and production method affect contrast, reflection and printed color. Review the proposed process and consider a physical sample for critical visual requirements.

Which finish is best for detailed artwork?

There is no single answer for every design. Send the artwork so line thickness, lettering, contrast and production method can be reviewed together.

How should we compare samples?

View them under lighting similar to your intended use. Compare texture, legibility, reflections and the appearance of both printed and exposed metal areas.
