1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days if products differ from your confirmed specifications (design, material, quantity).
- Samples: Sample orders are generally non-refundable unless defective.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Customized Design Approval: Refunds are not issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction after final design approval.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from misuse or accidents is not refundable.
- Shipping Delays: Delays outside our control (customs, carrier) are not grounds for refund.

- QX Metal Cards covers return shipping costs for approved defects or errors.
- Customers pay return shipping fees for non-defect returns.
5. Exchanges
